Making a Confirmed Booking

To make a confirmed booking we require your name, telephone number and a 50% deposit. A provisional booking will only be held for 48 hours and only if it is made more than four days in advance. Such bookings will therefore have to be secured with a 50% deposit within 48 hours or they will expire. No provisional bookings will be taken less than four days in advance.

Paying a Deposit

A deposit can be made by EFT or by providing credit card details. When a deposit is made please fax or e-mail proof of the deposit to +27 22 448-1083 or .

Booking Cancellation Policy

Deposits are not refundable.

In the case of full payment having been received:

When a confirmed booking is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date a refund will be made of the non-deposit amount less a 10% admin fee.

For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date half of the non-deposit payment will be refunded less an admin fee of 10%

For cancellations 7 days and less, as well as no shows, no refund is due.

Arrival and Departure Times

Normal check-in time is 2:00 pm. Guests are welcome to arrive early and will be accommodated if the rooms are ready (check-in before 2:00 pm can therefore not be guaranteed). Guests are kindly requested to check-out by 11:00 unless otherwise arranged with the

Pets and Children

No pets are allowed in the guesthouse. Children under 12 must be under parent supervision around the pool area.

Smoking

No smoking is allowed in the bedrooms, but there are plenty of open spaces and gardens around the guesthouse and restaurant.
